Set up your Default Printer using Settings

Step 1

Press WIN+S on your Windows 11 machine and search for “Printers”.

Select Printers & Scanners.

Step 2

By default, Windows decides your "default printer". In order to change the default printer, we need to uncheck "Let Windows manage my default printer".

Step 3

Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & Scanners. Select the printer of your choice to view the printer settings.

Step 4

Click the "Set as default" button to set the selected printer as default.

Select Control Panel.

Select "View devices and printers".
