I've downloaded and run solution in visual studio 2008, but it diaplay error message "The project type is not supported by this installation" and SilverlightApplication3 project part is unavailable in solution. If I try to reload the same error message is display. Should I install silverlight

When I click the download link, I am taken to a PageNotFound page.
