Hi, I have tried your code but I got black screen in the panel control . Excel is not displayed. Can you please tell what might gone wrong

Thanks.good article but my requirement is that i can edit the excel sheet or update or delete the data from excel sheet and again i will save the data into server.please help me

AutoUpdateSaveChanges = '((Excel.WorkbookClass)(WbkXL_Workbook)).AutoUpdateSaveChanges' threw an exception of type 'System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException' Can anyone please give me a hint?
