How we remove specific token from application

Hi Rajeev, I found just a small issue, if we do not set a expire time for the refresh token generated it will take the same ExpireTimeSpan of the Access Token therefore we won't be able to request a resource access because AccessToken has expired and we won't be able to generate another AccessToken with the RefreshToken since this one also has expired.
