Add A Custom Tile To My App List In Office 365 (App Launcher)

In this article we are going to see add a custom tile to my app list in office 365 (App launcher).The purpose of the custom tile to navigate various apps, sites simply click.

Kindly follow below steps to achieve this.

Go to admin center panel. At left navigation bar click on Organization profile under Settings tab.

In Organization profile page, look at Add custom tiles for your organization section and click on Edit option.

Now custom tiles section will open,to add a custom tile click on + icon.

In the add a custom tile form, provide a require details such as tile name for custom tile, URL, tile description and image which will appear on tile icon.Choose image path from websites where you stored image as well as any SharePoint sites. Let’s go to copy image path from site assets page.


Enter image URL which you copied from site assets page. Now Click on save.

Great.Your changes saved successfully.

Provided information will display into custom tiles now. Here you can edit or remove tile by choosing check box option respectively.

Your custom tiles get added into admin center. There are several option such as Open in new tab, Pin to home and more. Let’s go to admin center and pin it to home.

Looks good. Your custom tile now appear in my app list app launcher. You can start to use it.
