Introduction
AI Builder is available within the PowerApps Studio or Microsoft Flow. However, some features have not yet been released for the general public. The preview features contain a not-restricted functionality that was released for public preview in Europe and the USA in June 2019.

Follow these steps to add intelligence to your Power App and Microsoft Flow:
Choose your AI model type, which is typically based on business needs. Support of binary classification is included for prediction, processing, and object detection.
Once the model is created, we can connect our model to the data source 'Common Data Service'.
The next step is to train the model.
