Change From Email Address In FLOW Email Notifications

Flows are being used to send email notifications to business users. By default, Flow uses the owner’s email id to send emails. So, the email goes from the account of the owner of the FLOW.

However, there might be a requirement of sending the emails from some shared mailbox or an admin user email account. So, how to achieve that? Let’s check it today.

Select your "Send" email action. Click the ellipsis icon >> Add New connection and add a new connection for the email id/mailbox from which you want to send the emails. Once added, select that connection, mention the same email ID in the "From" field and save the Flow and test it.
