Manage an app in SharePoint Online list
Navigate to SharePoint Online list where you have created an app using PowerApps. For example: https://c986.sharepoint.com/sites/Vijai/Lists/Employee%20Details/AllItems.aspx
Click "View Options" down arrow on the right side of the page and click on the app which you want to view/modify/remove.
You will be redirected to the respective app where you could see these options – Open, Edit in PowerApps, Make this View public, Remove this View.
