1. Open the SharePoint Designer in your machine.
  2. Select Sites and Click Open site,

  3. Provide the site collection url and click open,

  4. Once the items in the site collection are displayed, select and expand All Files,

  5. Right click on the Access Request list and select properties,

  6. This should give you a window like below and on the Views panel click New, and give a name for the view (AllItems). Click Ok,

  7. Now navigate to the SharePoint site https://microsoft.sharepoint.com/teams/Your-Site/Access%20Requests/AllItems.aspx (As we created view as AllItems I used AllItems.aspx. Hence you can replace AllItems.aspx with name of the view),

  8. The view will have no columns in it so click on the ellipsis (...) next to AllItems and select Modify this View,

  9. Check the required columns as shown below and click Ok,

  10. You will be navigated back to the view.
  11. Select the pending request that you want to delete, click on the ellipsis (…) and delete the request.
