- Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
- XAML
- HTML 5, JavaScript, JQuery

To answer Suthish, XAML/C# is the way you will be building Windows Store, Windows Phone, and Windows client (WPF) applications. There are certain things HTML 5 can't do. It has its limitations. So, HTML 5 can not replace XAML and C#. It's like HTML 5 can't replace Objective-C (iOS) and Java Android SDK (Android). HTML 5 can't just access too much of hardware and that is where it's limitation lies.

This is good question Ibrahim. So, you do NOT need to know XAML if you know HTML 5. Either you pick HTML 5 or XAML, one will do what you want to do. I see more HTML 5 than XAML at Summit.

EF is also supported at MYSQL.Do we have to learn coding XAML? Visual Studio and Blend prepares everything for us.HTML5 is becoming much more popular than ever.Now its supported for "SharePoint 2013 Apps".

Yes WCF. I am not sure about EF though. I am talking about what they can't live without in next releases.

You missed out WCF, Entity Framework (even support with Oracle)..
