a network-related instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to sql server the server was not found or was not accessible. verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL server is configuered to allow remote connection(provider:SQL Network Interfaces,error:26-Error Locating Server/Instatnce Specified)(Microsoft SQL Server)

I am trying to start service but goes to failed and if trying for SQL server Agent(NANDKISHOR) there is no option to start or any other bcoz its disabled

pls help me to solve this problem

Try Running services in administrator mode and SQL Server(SQLEXPRESS) this is the one one you have to start

You have 2 SQL servers installed, and i am going to assume you will only use one taht is the NANDKISHOR instanse

Run the NANDKISHOR services one by one, make sure they are running
Check them one by one,( don't run anything like SQL job and etc...)
noe check and run your codes or jobs one by one and see if the security settings are correct.

For the error, you need to start 3rd & 4th services pf your screenshot and not sql server agent

open services in administrator mode
search for services in cortana or in windows and right click on that and Run as administrator, and try.

I assume you have administrative rights on the computer.

Disabled services should be enabled by you so that these can be started.
