a window to open through another one in c# please?

hello there.

i am a beginner in c# and i am trying to make a project, now one of the things that i am struggling on is to make a window frame to pop up when a button is pressed from an other one, so the first frame will have a button to open the second one.

anyone can help me sort this out please??

An important question is whether you need the second form to be shown modal or modeless. If the second form is shown as a modal form then the first form cannot be used while the second form is showing. If the second form is shown as a modeless form then the first form can be used while the second form is showing; they can both be used together.

Create an instance of second class say Form1 f1 =new Form1(); and onclick event of button in form1 write the code to show the form. e.g., f1.Show();

Does it make sense.
