I presume you meant explain your experience on interview, in that case I believe the best approach here would be to be specific, but also short and to a point.
For example when you are talking about the projects you worked on you should just say the smallest description that you can think of for that project and additionally specify each technology and/or skill that you needed when developing that project.
Later on the interviewer will probably ask some additional questions about the project that sounded intriguing to him, so I would say that in case you don't have much to say about some specific project you should consider leaving it out of the discussion.
Also another common thing that you can expect is that after you talked about some projects then the interviewer could give you a programming test in order to determine if what you were saying about your experience is true.
For this you can prepare yourself by checking out the programming aptitude tests on TestDome. There are quite a lot of them for example check these HTML, CSS and JS coding tests for interviews.
