Hi to get a right what you except is very difficult unless you are experienced what i like to say is keep focusing on ur particular job,i know it will be frustrating for you to sit idle in a company this is an exp for you and no company will keep u idle.So be patient you will get the project at right time and without exp or knowledge dont change the job.because everywhere it will be a same scenario.

Hi manas you are right to some extent but I cant see my company will extend itself(company) in development sector.They are more intrested in hosting and Accounting.second comes the salary issue its pretty low.
