Add data to DataGrid when enter is pressed on textbox , winforms.

why don't you put what have you done so far.

btw its very easy to achieve, follow below code of a basic ToDo app

In Keypress event use below condition, and remove additional flower brockets from same event from @Sachin code.
if (e.KeyChar == (char)Keys.Enter && !string.IsNullOrWhiteSpace(textBox1.Text))
