Advise on how to study C#

Hi,

I will start learning C# and as a novice student in IT engineering I need your advise in the following:

1-Roadmap to evolve correctly from introduction to .Net to deploying an application;
2-Find the right eBook, kits, tutorials, CD and specific exercises and practical problems with solutions to practice the lessons;
3-Any other advise how to jump from one version to another and which complementary knowledge I should seek to facilitate my learning performance is welcome.
