  Ok I give you a diry way to do that but I works great with me.
  

  1. First open your none enabled ajax application,
  2. Then open a new empty ajax enabled  application, Of Corse,  I suppose  you  have already  installed  the  Ajax  framework  extention for Visual studio 2005. If you dont have, here is a web site from witch you can download it http://www.asp.net/ajax/
  3. Open the Config file of your application and the config file of the Ajax enabled application
  4. Copy the missed tags from the ajax enabled application config file to yours, copy just the missed tags in your application config file
     
  5. Close the ajax enabled because there is no need of it
  6. Save your config file and close it
  7. Now, your application is ajax enabled, that's it
