Ajax Control tool kit ..
for that Download the Ajax Control tool Kit from below Link according to your Visual Studio version

they will provide you binary File (dll) in ZIp Extract that zip to Desktop or Any other location .
Just Right Click in yor Visual Studio tool Box >> Chose Items >> Click Brows Button Locate the dll then press Ok now you will have new Controls in your Tool Box .
its done!!
