I am inserting data but during inserting facing an error

"An exception of type 'System.Data.Entity.Infrastructure.DbUpdateException' occurred in EntityFramework.dll but was not handled in user code"

Tapan Patel I attached a source file of my code.
I have only one controller and model and view to insert data.
please download the attached file. and solve this problem

Please share some code that is causing this issue and also just guessing this, but does your table have a Primary Key contraint?
