Which language can we choose while developing asp.net appliction either C# or VB.net

C# will be a better choice in all the ways, as per my opinion too.

I think C# is better than VB.NET.It is my personal opinion.
As far as language and features are concerned mostly both are same. Nowadays c# programming increasing than VB.

One feature of c# is that if you learn OOP concepts of c# it will helpul in allmost other languages...
