This is bad idea. Instead you should move the "pagination" concept to Storedprocedure and display 10 to 100 records in the grid.  It will improve the performance as well as rendering speed of the application.

 Basically i am getting problem in row creating and rowdatabound event .Because my grid has more than 10k data. i think it's a bad way to bind Dropdownlist in per row creating or rowdatabound event.It's taking too much  times on loading grid.
