If some excess amount is there after billing they will refund money for corresponding services to patient through OP Refunds. Module: IP REGISTRATION, OP BILLING The module basically deals with the in-Patient Registration, In-patient Billing, Here the patient is registered first as an In-patient, Room and Bed is allotted first. Room Transfer comes into picture when patient transfer from current room to other room. Patient Receipts (Cash/Check/DD/Credit Card for Advance payment for IP treatment), Billing will be generated at the time of patient Discharge. Final settlement will be there. If doctors wants to some concession of particular services after billing Credit note has to be raised if some services has been not yet received to billing department has to pay some money to patient after billing. Resource management: This module helps employees in an organization to know the various resources available in an organization. They may be Human resources, software etc. to derive the maximum output. 2. Mailing System: This module works just like any mail system and is used for job posting mainly at the end of the day. 3. Project Status Monitoring: Mainly meant for the people working in the top brace of the hierarchical system in a project and the organization in order to know the current status from any node. 4.
