beginners post - making a C# (windows app) sleep for a specified time

Hi All.

1st time poster, and just starting to learn C#.Net.

Am using 3.5, and VC# 2008 express.

Was wondering how I make an application pause for a specified amount of time?

And/Or...if this is an FAQ...if there is a FAQ site on C# conner.
