Best Approach of Entity Framework

Please let me know which one is best approach for Entity Framework from three "Schema First", "Model First" and "Code First"

Niraj Singh as you had said there are three approcahes in EF . But, my personal view schema first is the best approach in EF. This view will differ from person to person .
