So to answer the original question as directly as possible, I think the best articles are clear and concise explanations of something. I think that ideally the description is adequate enough that sample code is not necessary, but sample code is usually necessary. Ideally, an article provides a better description (more clear and more extensive) than the MSDN.
I see many articles that just describe how to create an application to do something. I know that Mahesh agrees that it is better to explain what is done and why things are done and things like that so that the reader can understand how to use the subject in many other ways.
So of the three steps listed in the blog, it is my opinion that a modified version of #1 is best. The main modification is that being concise is better and takes more time. A long explanation might not be the best, but I suggest that a good technique would be to write as much as is needed then spend time improving that to be more clear and concise. Screen shots are good but if they leave the reader thinking well okay so how do I get it to do what I need to do then the screen shots are (nearly) useless.
One more point is that Mahesh I think is torn between wanting to provide as much opportunity as possible for everyone and wanting quality articles. I can understand it is difficult for him to decide what to do.

I have already commented on several blog (not maintion name here) that have only work for quantity. They seperate a topic in several blog it is not good idea . Why they write a blog in four topics. I have already mention in comment on some blog that.
"Some beginners author doing a race to get more point not quality content"
I read on c-sharp corner that
"You donot represent a blog But blog represents u".
It is no matter i write only 2-3 blogs but it is useful for several users.

Thanks suthish for your comments...
But i think you took the question wrongly... My question was how exactly the user/members expect the article to be? like the points i placed...
1) Writing big contents in paragraphs describing each and every portion of the subject
or
2) Placing the code and explaining the code completely with little bit explanation of the subject
or
3) Putting screen shots of each and every steps of the subject and giving clear idea for users to follow.
This way i thought we can personally improve and write article the way users/members like the article to be...
My question was not a debate on the blog or article // quality or quantity etc... its just to know about how to write articles on a topic that reaches to everyone...
Also i accept quality is more more importanat than quality, at the same time i believe 2 lines of code / or 2 screen shots of solving a problem can be of quality when it reaches to 100 members usefully.

I was about to post a thread regarding articles and blogs submission that we having here.
Later thought of not doing it, because unnecessary debates will take place between members and Admins.
Mahesh and team done a great job for every members, so they can upload their contents here and got published.
Whereas other websites don't allow.
But the truth, are we actually writing articles for c-sharpcorner under "Submit Article" section?
Did anyone tried to post or upload their articles to other communities like code project, asp.net etc..
How many of yours articles got approved there.
Many times mine article got rejected from CP and couple of got approved as blogs (articles here) in asp.net.
So now days am changing the contents i uploaded here to as blogs, removing article word from the contents.
As Dhananjay says we need quality not quantity.
I agree with him. So i started to improving my work. Hope so good articles/blogs (what ever it be) come out soon.
