Blur behind window in wpf

Question

Hi I want to make the background of the window to blur, as that can be seen in the titlebar of window 7 but as I googled and found nothing useful. Can any one help me on this

Hello Devendra, For blur background , first you have to make image to be transparent and then you have to set AllowsTransparency="True" for WPF window or WPF page. then you have to set its transparency. you can check example here. http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/UploadFile/015c2d/color-full-login-form-in-wpf-windows-application/

Thanks neha But this wouldn't produce blur on the background, it simply make a translucent window. I want blur window as we have seen on the titlebar of windows 7.

Hi Nirav sir, Thank you for your reply, I also tried this way but sub child controls are looking blurry. Blur is not shown behind the window
