Broadcasting a voice message in streaming from a specific device

Hello 

I found this code in CodeProject.com,it gives me the possibility to capture and to stream my voice from the speaker of my pc,but I need to stream voices from a speaker which is related to an external sound card (I have three sound cards).
Please can you tell me how can update this code?
