Here are Tips to Build Cross Browser Websites
1 .Make Site that is Validated by W3C .
2. Use Widely used language Prefer JavaScript rather then Vb Script because some browser Blocked VB Scripts
3. Dont Use tables to Manage layout Use CSS
4. isolate Style and Mark Up
5. Some useful website to check your Website is Working Correctly or Not in Every Browser
