C# API's Design -- Interfaces or Wrapper Clasees ????

Hi All, To design c# API's which option is good whether going for Interfaces or wrapper classes. I feel strongly Interfaces are good for API's ....any views?? Inputs are appriciated. Thanks pavithran

Class A { public display() { //TODO } } Approach 1 : -------------- interface IA { public display(); } Class A : IA {} Note : Have a static instance creation method in class A. Approach 2: -------------- Class WA { A ObjOfA; ObjOfA.display(); } In the given approaches 1 & 2 ,which one is efficient.Is that context based ? /pavithran

Hi, Basically i used interfaces for plugin architecture. Can you explain more on classes? Do you mean multi layer of abstraction??? Cheers
