C# excel: How to add 2 Y axis graphs on same chart

Question

Can someone share a simple example of creating a chart in Excel, with 2 Y axis line graphs on same chart?

Hopefully with Interop only, yet if there is a free use add-on that simplify that, can be done as well.

 

For example, suppose:

The X axis data at cells "A2-A20" (A1 is the header) 

The 1st Y axis data at cells "C2-C20" (C1 is the header)  

The 2nd Y axis data at cells "F2-F20" (F1 is the header)
