c#.NET ShockwaveFlashObjects Class not registered

Hi..
Now I am getting below error.

An assembly with the same simple name 'Interop.ShockwaveFlashObjects, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null has already been imported. Try removing one of the references or sign them to enable side-by-side.

and

An assembly with the same simple name 'AxInterop.ShockwaveFlashObjects, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null has already been imported. Try removing one of the references or sign them to enable side-by-side.

Can anyone please help me out?
