try this in console app
static void Main(string[] args)
       {
           Console.WriteLine("Enter a Basic salary");
           string basic = Console.ReadLine();
           double bonus = (Convert.ToDouble(basic) * 25) / 100;
           double totalsalry = Convert.ToDouble(basic) + bonus;
           Console.WriteLine("Total Salary is {0}", totalsalry);
           Console.ReadLine();

       }

Basic Salary =8000
bonus (in percentage )=25% of the basic salary.
Total salary=Basic salary + bonus amount
bonus amount=(8000)*(25/100) =2000
Total salary= 8000+ 2000=10000;
So we are Getting salary and bonus as input .

If the salary is input entered in input box,

btn_click event

Double Salary=convert.ToDouble(textBox1.Text);
percentage=25;
double Bonus=(Salary*25)/100;
MessageBox.Show("Empl Bonus Is " + Bonus.ToString());

the employee bonos persantage is 25% and salary Basic is 8000.
