Can we create unique workflow for folder level in library

Dear Navneet,

No SharePoint workflow does not work like this if you will add a folder also it will be treated an item add event in document library moreover folder level workflow is not available in SharePoint

You have to write your logic to identify your folder in workflow and run accordingly
