Cannot find one or more components. Please reinstall the app

I have SQL SERVER 2012 MAnagement studio with Visual studio 2010 SP1 , Suddendly i am getting the error when i open SSMS the error is 
"Cannot find one or more components. Please reinstall the application"
I have tried lot lot lot of tries but still it does not fix i have "uninstall the Visual Studio 2010 Shell"
 and then reinstall the ssms but still error I also tried to delete the • Delete 11.0_Config

• Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\SQL Server Management Studio

• Delete 11.0_Config

• Restart ssms.exe

but still did not get sucess ....any help would be appreciated
