Not advised to change the company frequently. It will spoil the career and will not impress many companies in future.
Because already you have started to work in a company and six month experience you have.
It is not good to move right now, atleast you have 1 yr.
Salary is not matter in circumstances, because if you go there to new company and some thing happen after six month then
will be difficult to move into other company.
Because 6 months in two companies will spoil your career.

I think the combination of .net and sql developer will give provide you more opportunity in the future.
Both will make you as web developer rather than telling like sql developer.
