Hi Vipin, As you have asked about Career, so I understand that you are aware that career is build progressively and by assuming more responsibilities in right direction and also working on your inter-personal skills (verbal, written and presentation). Based on your area of technology you must invest more into learning of the same technology field; instead of trying to learn everything and every technology. I also understand that to begin career most of us start with a Programmer job/role. So if someone is just "heads down" hard core programmer and don't focus on other skills then it's not going to help in building a career. Many people confuse personality with manager role etc. but even if someone don't have good personality then there are very less chances for that individual to become even an architect. So in my view the best combination is Technology + Personality, and you will succeed in all the areas no matter you are manager or an architect. Hope this helps.

Hi, Its totally depends on your in dept knowledge.There is no limit of packages offered by companies now a days. You should be sound enough to deal with every environment , like C#, Java , DB etc. So make your concept clear and work hard ...you will get the rest .. Cheers...
