I need to add my comments. Even the guys in pictures may not look like from India but "The Shapes" do :) lol

I don't know if you have seen the TV show Undercover Boss but it is about the boss of a company going undercover to see what it is really like in their company. In that show, the boss is always out of shape and cannot work hard like the workers do.
 
I hope you don't mind the following comment. The guy in that image does not look like someone from India; am I wrong? If not from India, then the left-most one shoud be called Beginner, not Fresher. The only people I know that use the term fresher are people in/from India.
