Is it possible to pull CSS file path from a Web.Config?

If so how?

Any help would be appricated.

Yes, we can add CSS from Web.config file using appsetting. we can add key-value pair in appsetting.
<appSettings>
        <add key="cssPath" value="~/styles/main.css" />
appSettings>
In C# we can write code like the below to add dynamic CSS reference.
protected void Page_Init(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
    var link = new HtmlLink();
    link.Href =ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["cssPath"];;
    link.Attributes.Add("rel", "stylesheet");
    link.Attributes.Add("type", "text/css");
    Page.Header.Controls.Add(link);
}


In aspx page need to write code like the below:
