The CCNA is not an easy exam to pass, try searching for a good training provider at www.certguard.com because you really need to study and learn your stuff in order to pass. Or you could try a free exam at knowledgebuster.com and see how you do.

You need more than one cert these days usually, esp in the job market that there is. Pay can be good, but the more qualified you are the better your chances. a good site to check out is www.certguard.com on their home page they list a lot of great resources for people like you to get info and things.
