Code Review check list

Hi,
currently we are developing a web application in ASP.Net 3.5, c# I am looking for code review checklist if any one has it please share one thanks.

Microsoft's FxCop (http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ProjectName=codeanalysis&ReleaseId=553) tool can perform automated code analysis/review for you according to a large number of predefined "best practice" rules. You can also alter these rules and enable/disable rules. I can highly recommend this tool, and the best thing is that it is free!

By checklist, do you mean "I know my code is done and ready when everything is checked"?
if so, thats interesting, I'd like to see that, too.
