connect to oracle database (Version 10.2.0.4 Standard edition ) using Windows mobile CE and c#.net

Hi All

 I am beginner to windows mobile application development.
Please explain to me, how am i connect to oracle database (Version 10.2.0.4 Standard edition)
 through windows mobile application using c#.net (Windows CE 5.0 Mobile Application). 
It would be appreciated if the sample application provided please.
