Connection Timeout problem

Question

Hi, I have one problem with com+ implementation we are doing one project which has com+ implementation. while I running the application by deleteing the com+ component in the component service manager it is working perfectly.But If I run the application without deleteing the com+ component in the component service manager it is giving the query timeout error . Moreover the query timeout property is set as 0 as explicitly. Why it is happening so? Can anyone pls help me. It is urgent
