Connection with oracle database

As i want to connect oracle server to my Asp .net web application.

It gives the error TNS could not resolve the service name.

Also when I am writin Using System.Data.(Oracleclient) . The oracle client is not available

There is only Sqlclient,oldb and other type but Oracle is not coming

Can anybody help me.

Do you have the oracle providers?
