May I know how to apply the connection string to oracle if I had a remote ip address, datasource, user id and password?
Please help.

In order to make a connection string with oracle db located in some othet server, first of all you have make a service using "Net Manager" of oracle. Suppose you successfully made a service named "bservice" then the connection string will be as follows:
String gbl_ConnectionString = "Provider=msdaora.1;User Id=bhelbpl;Password=bhelbpl; Data Source=bservice;Server=;";
