Control on another application

Hello everyone ! I have to build some application that will pass data and commands to another application . Is it possible at all ? ( Another application don't has published API . ) Thanks a lot ,Dlinniy .

Hi You need some kind of IPC (inter process communication). If both applications are written for the .net platform, i suggest to use .net remoting. Other possibilities (if one of those apps is not for the .net platform) are: Corba, COM, DCOM, COM+, Web Services/ Soap... Simon
