Create a visualization of data which doesnt contains values

Kiran,

1. Open Power BI Desktop and connect to your Datasource.
2. Create a new Table (as per naming conventions) which covers the range of your data.
3. Create Measure based on the requirement.
4. Build visualization of your choice 
   1. Matrix - add it to report and place the date column in rows & created measure to the values. Will give tabular view 
   2. Combo chart - date column in X axis and Measure to the line values and column values 
   3. Waterfall chart - Date : X and Measure : Y axis.
