Create bucket for AWS S3 through asp.net C#

Hi!, I have been searching at Google for ways to create S3 bucket on AWS through asp.net C#. I have found one website which is https://www.codeproject.com/Articles/186132/Beginning-with-Amazon-S3 but when I copy to my project, it shows a lot of error, so I have not been able to follow the tutorial. Is there any other way or tutorial that has covered this? Any help will be appreciated!
