crystal report in VB 2012

I need to filter the data in crystal report based on item that is checked in checkedlistbox. i have two forms in which one consist of checkedlistbox which displays all the company names through company id and in another form i have crystalreport viewer ..can anyone plz send the code on how to display the records of only selected data in crystal report
