DataList Textbox Insert Issue (Is this possible?)

I have a textbox which is kept inside Datalist. , but i am unable to insert text written to that textbox to the database.

My reqiuement , i want to be comment in blog where textbox are placed in datalist, so i cannot able to comment

In this code ,textboox value are not store in database,but other value are store properly into database
