Debuging mode code is working but runtime getting error

Hi guys,

i am working in asp.net application. here i got a problem. i.e when i was debuging application (F10) code is working properly and iam getting output. but if i ran the application without debuging(continue) iam getting error .

 

how can i resole this issue can you   please give solution as early as possible.
